Here it goes:
1. I’ve never really been the type to “date” I always seem to end up in long term relationships.
2. My favorite restaurant is Kingdom of Dumpling.
3. I would go to the ends of the earth for Nick, I am truly his “ride or die.”
4. I will never say no to a chocolate chip cookie.
5. My name/middle name was supposed to be “Bianca, Monique.” Soon after being born my dad took one look at me & quickly mentioned to my mom that “I didn’t look like a Bianca”, he insisted I be named Monique. Today, here I am as Monique Bianca Trujillo.
6. Nick jokes that if I were named “Bianca” I would have grown to be a total sass. One of his many nick names for me is “Blanca” which he claims is my “bitchy latin alter ego.”
7. The past 2 years have been the most adventurous years of my life… so far!
8. I listen to music while I shower.
9. One of my favorite dates = dinner in bed, beer & a movie.
10. I would love to raise my children in Northern California.
